Every Nema Store product is made to order. We use Gelato’s international print-on-demand production network to produce and ship orders as efficiently as possible.

We ship to Sweden, the rest of the EU, the UK and many other destinations worldwide.
Made To Order
Your product is printed for your order before being packed and shipped.
Free Shipping 500 SEK+
Orders of 500 SEK or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Production
Nema Store uses a print-on-demand production model. Your item is produced after your order has been placed rather than being taken from traditional warehouse stock.
Nema Store uses Gelato for print-on-demand production and fulfilment. Depending on the product and destination, your order may be produced by an appropriate facility within Gelato’s production network.
Production normally takes a few business days. The exact time may vary depending on the product, printing technique, order volume, production capacity and production location.
Estimated delivery
The estimates below include both production and shipping time. They are general estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

The most relevant estimate for an available shipping option is shown during checkout. Estimates may change because of production capacity, product availability, destination, customs, local carriers, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs depend on the products in your order, the number of items, the delivery address and the available shipping method.
The applicable shipping charge is displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Standard shipping is free on orders of 500 SEK or more.
Where your order is made
Gelato operates an international production network. Where reasonably possible, orders are routed to a production facility closer to the delivery destination.
This may reduce shipping distance and delivery time. However, a particular product may be produced in another country because of material availability, equipment, capacity or other operational requirements.
Products placed in the same order may occasionally be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages or on different days.
Tracking your order
When tracking is available, you will receive shipping information after your order has been produced and handed to the delivery carrier.
Tracking availability and the level of tracking detail may vary according to the destination, carrier and selected shipping method.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after a shipment is created.
Customs & import charges
We aim to use production closer to the delivery destination where reasonably possible. However, some orders may cross an international border.
Depending on the destination, import taxes, customs duties or carrier handling charges may apply where they are not already included in the price or shipping method.
Charges collected directly by customs authorities or local carriers are determined under the destination country’s rules and are outside Nema Store’s direct control.
Delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within its estimated delivery period, first check any tracking information supplied for the shipment.
If the estimated delivery period has passed without a useful update, contact Nema Store. We will investigate the shipment with the relevant production or delivery provider.
The estimates on this page do not limit your statutory rights under applicable Swedish or EU consumer law.
Delivery address
Check your name, delivery address, postcode and destination country carefully before completing your order.
Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production has started.
Contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where legally permitted.
