NEMA STORE · LEGAL

Terms &
Conditions

These terms apply when you shop at Nema Store. Please read them before placing an order.

01

Secure Payments

Payments are processed securely through WooPayments.

02

Made to Order

Products are produced on demand through Gelato.

03

Consumer Rights

Your mandatory Swedish and EU consumer rights remain protected.

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through nemastore.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

01

About Nema Store

Nema Store is a Swedish business operating the online store available at nemastore.com.

02

Who may place an order

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement to place an order.

If you are under the age required to enter into such an agreement, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact, delivery and payment information submitted with your order is complete and accurate.

03

Orders and agreement

When you place an order, you will normally receive an electronic order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Please review the confirmation and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.

We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, technical error, unavailable product or inability to deliver to the supplied address.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the affected amount will be refunded using the applicable payment method.

04

Products and designs

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Minor differences may occur between images displayed on a screen and the delivered product.

Differences may result from screen settings, garment material, print placement, production processes or reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Product availability, colours, sizes and specifications may change. The available options are those shown on the relevant product page when the order is placed.

Please review the product description, size guide, selected colour, size and design before completing your purchase.

05

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Prices presented to consumers include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

Delivery charges and any other applicable costs are shown before you complete the order.

Payments are processed through WooPayments, which is built in partnership with Stripe. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Nema Store does not store your complete payment-card number or card security code on its own website servers.

06

Production and fulfilment

Nema Store products are generally produced on demand. We use Gelato as our print-on-demand production and fulfilment partner.

After an order has been submitted, Gelato or an appropriate production partner within its network may produce and dispatch the product directly to you.

Producing a standard product on demand does not, by itself, remove any statutory consumer right that would otherwise apply.

07

Delivery

Available delivery destinations, estimated delivery periods and shipping charges are displayed on our Shipping & Delivery page or during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed. Delays may occur because of production, carrier disruption, customs procedures, public holidays, weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where legally permitted.

Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the communicated delivery period so that we can investigate it.

08

Right of withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For goods, the period normally begins on the day after you receive or collect the order.

To exercise this right, submit the withdrawal form on our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page or contact us with a clear statement within the applicable period.

After notifying us, the goods must normally be returned within 14 days. Wait for Nema Store’s instructions before sending the product.

Unless the product is defective or otherwise required by law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning withdrawn goods.

Additional details are provided on our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page .

09

Personalised products

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to a product made according to your individual instructions or clearly personalised for you.

This may include products containing your name, photograph, personalised wording, supplied artwork or another design created specifically for your order.

Selecting an ordinary Nema Store design, garment size or standard colour does not automatically make the product personalised.

10

Customer-supplied content

If you ask us to use text, photographs, logos or other material supplied by you, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permission to use that material.

You must not ask us to reproduce material that is unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory or infringes another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.

We may refuse or cancel a custom order if we reasonably believe that the supplied material violates these requirements.

11

Refunds

When a valid statutory withdrawal applies, we will refund the amounts required under applicable law, normally including the price paid and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method do not normally have to be refunded.

Refunds are normally issued using the payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.

12

Defects and complaints

If a product arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect or defective, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where they can reasonably help us assess the problem.

Consumers in Sweden generally have the right to complain about an original defect in goods for up to three years from purchase.

A complaint made within two months after discovering the defect is generally considered to have been made within a reasonable time.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include correction, replacement, price reduction or cancellation of the purchase.

13

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content and original Nema Store designs—including graphics, photographs, text, branding and layout—belong to Nema Store or are used with permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or grant permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit it.

14

Liability

Nema Store is responsible for losses where required under applicable law.

To the extent legally permitted, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase agreement was entered into.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or limits mandatory consumer rights.

15

Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Necessary order details may be shared with payment, production, delivery and technical service providers for the purposes explained in that policy.

16

Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact Nema Store first so that we have an opportunity to resolve it.

If we cannot resolve the matter, an eligible Swedish consumer may submit the dispute to:

Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN)
Website: www.arn.se

Nema Store participates in dispute-resolution procedures where required and will consider ARN’s recommendations.

17

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swedish law.

If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protection available to you under the law that applies in your country of residence.

18

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our services, providers or legal obligations change.

The terms that applied when you placed your order will generally continue to govern that purchase. The latest version will always be published on this page.
